This website describes Slotweb’s services. A guide price on the site is not an offer. Work starts when you accept a written quote.

Quotes and payment

Where tax applies, the quote will say so. We accept mobile money, bank transfer and invoice. Training seats, hosting and repairs follow the quote you accepted, not the guide figure alone.

Repairs

Diagnosis tells you the fault. If you choose not to continue, the diagnosis fee stands. Parts and labour are listed before we proceed. Collect repaired equipment within 30 days of us telling you it is ready, unless we agree otherwise.

Websites and software

You own the agreed deliverables once the agreed fees are paid. Third-party themes, plugins and stock components stay under their own licences. We need timely feedback; silence pauses the calendar.

Care plans

Response times on this site apply to managed clients on a local support plan. A care plan lists what is included. Projects outside the plan are quoted separately.

Liability

We do the work with reasonable care. We are not liable for loss of profit, or for failures of power, upstream internet, or a provider we do not control. Nothing here limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Content on this site belongs to Slotweb. Case studies describe the type of work we do. A page names a client only when that client has agreed.
