The only copy is an external disk that lives next to the computer.
We keep copies in more than one place and test a restore, so a deleted file or a failed server does not stop the business.
Common problems
Ransomware would encrypt the “backup” as well.
Microsoft 365 or Google mail is not covered just because it is in the cloud.
Nobody has written the order for bringing the business back.

Who we serve
Frequently asked questions
Is cloud backup enough on its own?
Usually no. A local copy is faster when someone deletes a folder. An off-site copy survives a theft or a fire. You want both.
Does Microsoft 365 already back itself up?
It keeps some history. It does not give you a backup you control if an admin deletes data. We add a separate copy.
How often should we test?
A file restore every month, and a fuller test at least twice a year. We can run that for you.
