What we collect

If you send a form, we store the fields you filled in: typically your name, organisation, phone, email, the service you asked about, and your message. Repair requests also store the device and the area for pick-up. The site keeps a technical log that the host already keeps, such as an IP address, to limit spam.

Why

We use it to reply, to quote, to book training, or to track a repair. We do not sell the list. We do not use it for unrelated marketing unless you joined the newsletter.

How long

Enquiry records stay while the conversation is open and for a short period afterwards so we can answer a follow-up. You can ask us to delete a message by emailing the address on the contact page.

Who sees it

Slotweb staff who need it to do the work, and the company that hosts this website. If a form notification is emailed, it goes to the Slotweb mailbox set in the site settings.

Cookies

The site stores a cookie in this browser to remember that you accepted the cookie notice. If analytics is enabled, those tools set their own cookies, and this notice will say so.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email on the contact page. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the data protection regulator that applies to you.

Repair tracker

Anyone with a ticket number can see the status and a short workshop note. The tracker does not show your phone number or the full fault description.
