How we work

1. We review your current setup before we recommend equipment or software.
2. Quotes are confirmed in writing. Payment is by mobile money, bank transfer or invoice.
3. Managed clients have a named engineer and a same-day visit when a local fault needs one.
4. Systems are set up to recover after power cuts and internet interruptions.
